Payment In Full In Advance Only
ONLINE REGISTRATION MUST BE PAID IN ADVANCE.
In addition to paying by credit card, you have the option of printing an invoice at checkout and mailing it in with your check. If paying by check, payment must be received within 15 days or your registration will be cancelled.
Of course, you can register in person at the Classic.
BE ADVISED THERE IS A $20.00 LATE REGISTRATION FEE ON OR AFTER MAY 2nd, 2025 (11:59 AM 5/2/25). THAT INCLUDES DAY OF EVENT REGISTRATIONS.

Cancellation Policy:
REGISTRATION CANCELLATION
Since we must make firm commitments to our vendors, Registration cancellations MUST be made no later than 6:00 PM on Friday, May 9th,2025. Unfortunately no refunds can be made after that date.
If you need to cancel your registration prior to May 9th 2025. Please send an email to Peter Sohn at ucla82001@yahoo.com
You will receive a notification back from him confirming your cancellation.
EVENT CANCELLATION
There will be no refunds given due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to: inclement weather, fires, floods, and acts of God.
